NLS is applying to become accredited under the ISO:9001 international standard for companies with a quality management system.
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard which recognises quality management systems in accredited companies.
NLS has started the process of seeking this accreditation, and expects to achieve it within three months. “This accreditation recognises companies which are well organised, well run and which are committed to continually improving their service” says Ben Ferns, NLS Managing Director.
“At NLS we believe the way our business is organised reflects the values that are enshrined in this accreditation. We also believe that by achieving this, we will be driven to continually improve the quality of our business management in every area, improving the experience of working with or for NLS.”
