We specialise in using digital to simplify complex propositions and make great content easy to understand and interact with. Our passion for exceptional customer service drives our great record of retaining and growing customer accounts.

Our B2B clients range from global companies to agile start-ups, and we work mostly in the pharmaceutical and professional services sectors. We’re looking for another experienced and versatile Client Services Manager to help us delight our clients by delivering projects on time and to high standards of production.

Essential Skills

You must have:

  • Demonstrable digital project management experience, either agency or client side
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure stuff goes out right first time, every time
  • Strong customer service focus – our clients are everything. You’ll get a kick out of giving good service
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Experience of managing design and developer resource both in-house and freelance
  • Team ethos – you’ll have no hesitation in rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in
  • Ability to spread the love amongst all your clients – not just the ones who shout loudest
  • The comprehension to see into wordy client briefs and use your initiative to work out what’s needed
  • The organisation skills to ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget
  • You won’t be afraid to ask questions and learn on the job
  • Multi-tasking is your middle name!

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of the principles of digital marketing methods and technologies
  • A good network of freelancers and resources, either in Brighton or beyond

Experience

  • Agency experience managing client accounts and projects
  • Briefing designers and developers and ensuring they stay on track for budget/deadlines so you can communicate effectively with the client
  • Quality control – checking everything that goes out – from a navigation bar pointing to the right pages to the correct brand colour on a business card
